With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality field starting in Sri Lanka, the Middle East, The Caribbean Islands and then Australia, and gaining a multitude of expertise in culinary art, Dinesh Porage (the Flying Chef) ended his employee career as a sous chef at Clarion Hotel in Canterbury Australia before starting his own business 8 years ago and running it proudly and successfully.
